Our reception team have been instructed to ask for the reason for you call to ensure that you are directed to the most appropriate person or service. We kindly ask for your patience and respect towards our reception team as they assist you. Thank you for your ongoing support.

Please note our updated calling times:

08:30 – 11:00 Same day appointments and pre bookable.

11:00 – 14:00 General enquiries.

14:00 – 18:00 Test results.

If you are calling outside of these time, our reception team may ask you to call back later to assist with managing call volumes.”
