Introducing the Pharmacy Team at Chastleton Medical Group

We understand our role may not be clear as it is fairly new to general practices. We do medication reviews, medication synchronisations, drug monitoring and other work to improve our overall patient safety.  

It is important you attend your annual medication reviews and blood tests as this ensures you are on the correct treatment and gives you an opportunity to discuss any problems you may be having. Attending these appointments also prevents delays to your future prescriptions.

Louise – pharmacy technician based in Chastleton  

Iman – prescribing pharmacist who works remotely
