Appointments with the practice team are available daily Monday to Friday. In addition, appointments are available in the evenings and at weekends at the extended access service. These include dealing with acute (new) issues, that cannot be dealt with by self-care or other direct access services, chronic (longstanding) conditions and flares of these, or disease prevention such as vaccinations.
