We are thrilled to announce that we have upgraded our phone system to enhance your experience when contacting our medical centre. Our new system now includes a call-back feature, which will be activated when call volumes reach a certain level, ensuring you receive the assistance you need without waiting on hold.

As with any new system, there is a learning curve, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through it. We experienced a technical issue with our phones this evening from 17:00 to 18:00, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
